Can we charge visitors or the public for charging?
Yes. Through the Monta platform you set your own price and drivers pay by card, while staff and fleet can charge free or at a different rate.
Can we see how much each employee or vehicle uses?
Yes. Every charge is recorded per user, RFID card or vehicle, and reports can be exported per cost centre for accounting.
What if our site's power is limited?
Load balancing shares the available power between all the chargers, so you can install more chargers than the connection could run at full power. If more power is genuinely needed, we include it in the proposal.
Do you install DC fast chargers?
Yes, per project. We have installed 14 DC chargers so far. The quote includes the site study, the grid connection and commissioning.
Do you work with councils and public tenders?
Yes. We prepare tender-ready technical documentation and have installed public charging for local authorities.
Who looks after the chargers after installation?
We do. Remote monitoring, user management, annual maintenance packages and one number for any fault, with a reply the same working day.
