2. What this website is

munev.com is an informational website. No orders can be placed and no payments can be made through it. The site presents MUNEV's services — supply, installation, maintenance and rental of EV charging stations — and provides forms through which you can request a quote or information.

3. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing and using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. We may amend these terms at any time; the applicable version is the one published at the time of access, and the date of the last update is shown above.

4. Quote requests and published information

Information about products, services, power ratings and lead times is indicative and does not constitute a binding offer. A binding offer is issued individually, in writing, based on the details and photographs you send us.

Submitting a request through the form does not create a contract. The contract is concluded separately, in writing, after the offer is accepted. Prices stated in an offer are valid for the period indicated in it.

5. Warranties

Equipment carries the commercial warranty granted by its manufacturer, under the conditions and for the term stated in the documents accompanying the product. Installation work carried out by MUNEV carries the warranty set out in the contract or in the accepted offer. Consumer rights under applicable law, including Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 140/2021, remain unaffected.

6. Intellectual property

The MUNEV brand, logo, texts, structure and graphic elements of the website are protected and belong to MUNEV S.R.L. or its partners. Product photographs may belong to equipment manufacturers and are used for presentation purposes. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use of this material without prior written consent is prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or free of errors. MUNEV is not liable for damages resulting from use of the site, from its temporary unavailability, or from decisions taken solely on the basis of information published here without a written offer.

8. Links to other websites

The site may contain links to manufacturers' or other third parties' websites. We do not control their content and accept no responsibility for it.

9. Personal data and cookies

Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy policy, and the use of cookies in our Cookie policy.

10. Complaints and dispute resolution

Complaints can be sent to hello@munev.com or on WhatsApp. We respond within the period provided by law.

Consumers may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro) and may use the alternative dispute resolution platforms: SAL and ODR.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the Romanian courts at the registered office of MUNEV S.R.L., unless the law provides otherwise for consumers.
