For apartment blocks · Sibiu, Hunedoara, Timiș, Arad
EV charging at your apartment block, with every owner paying for their own power.
One supply for the car park, a charger for every owner who wants one, and consumption recorded per charger. You get a technical proposal and a firm price to take to the owners' association.
- Easee certified installer
- Several chargers on one supply
- Consumption recorded per owner
- Start small, add chargers later

The usual story
One owner buys an electric car and the questions start.
Cables down the stairwell
An extension lead from a flat to the car park is unsafe, blocks the stairs and is paid for by everyone's common electricity.
Fear for the building's supply
Owners worry that several cars charging at once will overload the building or make the main fuse trip.
Who pays for what
Without separate metering, the electricity for one car lands on the shared bill and the arguments begin at the next meeting.
What we install
A shared system that is fair to every owner.
We design the car park as one system, so the first charger and the tenth use the same supply and the same cable.
- Easee Max chargers on one shared feed and one cable run, mounted on walls or pillars
- Load balancing between chargers, so together they never take more than the building can spare
- Consumption recorded for every charger, so each owner pays for exactly what their car used
- Access by app or RFID card, so only the owner can use their charger
- Start with the owners who need it now; others join later on the same supply, as far as the available power allows
- Indoor or outdoor car parks, underground garages included
How it works
From the first question to the first charge.
Send photos and the numbers
The building's main panel, the car park and the cable route, plus how many owners are interested now.
Take our proposal to the association
A technical solution and a firm price, written so the owners can decide at one meeting.
We install and set up each owner
Our team installs and commissions the chargers, then sets up access and consumption for every owner.
After handover: remote monitoring, optional annual maintenance and one number for every owner to message if a charger stops.
Questions
Charging at a block, answered.
Do we need the owners' association's agreement?
Usually yes, because the supply and the cables run through common parts of the building. We give you a technical proposal and a firm price written to be presented and voted on at the meeting.
How is each owner's electricity paid for?
Every charger records its own consumption. The association can recover the cost from each owner based on these records, so nobody pays for someone else's car.
Will the chargers overload the building?
No. Load balancing shares the available power between the chargers and lowers their output when the building needs more, so the main fuse does not trip.
Can one owner start alone?
Yes, with the association's agreement. We design the supply so that other owners can add their own chargers later without starting again.
Does it work in an underground car park?
Yes. The chargers work indoors and outdoors and connect to the internet on their own, without relying on the building's Wi-Fi.
Can another owner use my charger?
Only if you allow it. Each charger is locked to its owner through the app or an RFID card.
