3. The photographs you send us
We quote on the basis of the photographs and details you send us. We use those photographs solely to size the job and prepare the offer. We do not publish them and do not use them in promotional material without your separate, explicit consent.
4. Who we share data with
We share data only where necessary, with:
- our website hosting provider and our email providers — Zoho Corporation (Zoho Mail and ZeptoMail) — acting as processors;
- our accountant and the tax authorities, for legal obligations;
- equipment manufacturers or distributors, strictly for warranty and service;
- public authorities, upon lawful request.
We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area, except where service providers use infrastructure in countries offering adequate safeguards under Chapter V of the GDPR.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability, and the right not to be subject to automated decision-making. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

6. Data security
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to data is limited to people who need it to do their work. We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above.

We may update this policy. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.
